wireless router isn't transmitting a wi fi signal

Technician's Assistant: Have you tried "power cycling" your router -- unplugging it and letting it rest for about ten seconds?

I will try again and wait longer this time. one sec

Technician's Assistant: What happened right before this popped up?

Wireless printer connection was lost and was trying to re-connect hp officejet printer.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Just unplugging devices.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?

I tried to navigate through netgear genie but couldn't figure it out.
