JA: Have you tried "power cycling" your router -- unplugging it and letting it rest for about ten seconds?
Customer: I will try again and wait longer this time. one sec
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: wireless printer connection was lost and was trying to re-connect hp officejet printer.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: just unplugging devices.
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I tried to navigate through netgear genie but couldn't figure it out.
