do I improve the security on my N150 wireless router
JA: Can you describe your network setup (devices and cables used)?
Customer: I think I want to change my password. The router is connected to cable from
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I use Hughes net and my router was hacked
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried multiple trouble shooting techniques with the help oh Hughes net. I finally disconnected the router.
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: That is it. I am not comfortable using the router without some modification.

I'm sorry about the issue, to change your wireless password ***** follow the steps below :

Open a browser then type 192.168.0.1 in the Address bar, click Enter.

If you cannot login the management page try :

192.168.1.1

192.168.0.254
192.168.1.254

Click on Wireless Security, Disable the WPS settings then open the dropdown menu of

the Security Mode and choose the mode as WPA-PSK (recommended) and AES as the WPA

Algorithms, then change the Password ***** as you want and click OK to save the settings.

Reboot The Router
