All connections are good, besides my wifi network. There are two white LEDs on and two red LEDs, and they are flickering. I am currently connected via Ethernet cable
JA: Can you describe your network setup (devices and cables used)?
Customer: I am using the R6400 router, and cable internet by ARRIS box from a Suddenlink provider
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Your question or the problem with my network?
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: We turned the entire system off, and then followed the steps indicated by the router manual.
