I have not received any emails since January 8, 2017. I can send emails but not receive. It says my area net work is not working.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: ATT or Uverse
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I had not opened my emails for three weeks.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I don't think I have tried anything of any significance. To be honest when it doesn't work it terrifies me.
