i cant connect to wifi after getting a new router
JA: Can you describe your network setup (devices and cables used)?
Customer: i have comcast internet and am currently plugged into the router to access internet
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: the new router for wifi has a new password ***** wont conect to home wifi
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: everything that popped up. i think i clicked on homegroup
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?

What's the model of your comcast modem?

Do you mean you are currently plugging the computer to your new router to access the Internet?
