JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Let me see.
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Model # WRT1200AC
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Well, don't know how to trouble shoot.
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Can't think of anything.

windows 10

Thank you:

Here are the steps to get your wi-fi password ***** Windows 10

Right-click the start menu button and open Network Connections.

Right-click on your Wi-Fi icon (the one with the green bars)

and select Status.

Click the Wireless Properties box.

Click the Security tab at the top.

Put a checkmark in the Show Characters box.

What you see to the right of Network Security Key is your wireless password.

It is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as you see it on your screen.

Let me know the result please.
