I am trying to get the software update for my Samsung BD-J5700 Curved Blu-ray Player with Wi-Fi (2015 Model) and I having a hard time looking for it.
JA: Can you describe your network setup (devices and cables used)?
Customer: I just have the AmazonBasics High-Speed HDMI Cable - 6 Feet cable attached to it to my tv
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I was watching a show on netflix and then it just stopped.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried looking for the software it says to download but no luck
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?

Have you tried the "network update" function from within the player settings menu yet? If so, does it not find anything? What does it show as the current version?

It is not giving me that option, it goes directly to the system recover page telling me I need the software update B-JM53BSPWWB-XXXX.X.RUF
