Sandy. A "friend" was staying at my house and took my WiFi

Customer Question

Hello Sandy. A "friend" was staying at my house and took my WiFi sticker off of my computer. How can I find it and replace it?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: HP Windows 7 Home Premium Windows 8.1
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: What do you mean?
JA: What confuses you?
Customer: Nothing. But there is a black/red line that comes across reply section.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried with HP and all I got was to buy a new computer.
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not really. I just want my code so I can cancel it and replace so this friend can't have free access to my internet.

Hi,
I'm sorry about the issue. What is the model of your Internet modem/router device?
Do you mean changing your wi-fi / wireless password?
