JA: Can you describe your network setup (devices and cables used)?

Customer: I have a Core 7 windows 10 system
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: my ubee D3.0 and a 1 GB Apple router.

Do I go to the cable modem, then to the netgear nighthawk X8 then to the Netgear EX6200 and leave the Apple router out of the system??
I have a hard internet wire next to the Television, etc that the EX6200 is plugged into... On the back end I have another internet wire.
