During an electrical storm, our router network reverted to

Customer Question

During an electrical storm, our router network reverted to "Linksys" instead of the "Duffey" that we set it up with. How can we reverse it back to our personal network?
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular Linksys product?
Customer: Just personal use...not technical except to plug it in, etc.
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I'm not sure what you mean.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: First I called our internet provider, and was told to contact Linksys. I called them only to be given a sales pitch on several different products, and never did reach someone to talk to. Then I tried Linksys website, and finally found my way to you.
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just help setting up our personal network, so I'm able to install an Echo device. Thanks for your help!
