cant ping my vs540i printer
JA: Can you describe your network setup (devices and cables used)?
Customer: router roland printer
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: printed fine yeaserday, today says cant open port
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: reset router, went into menu on printer and checked address and subnet and server all numbers are correct
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: changed cables, Ethernet cat 5 to see if cable was bad
