I just bought your wifi N300 extender and the tv is asking for wpa security code, which I can not find.
JA: Have you tried unplugging your router for about ten seconds? And what about other devices? Do they have connectivity?
Customer: the extender indicates it is getting the signal and the tv is indicating it is getting the signal
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I was doing a new device setup when is asked for the security code
