I seem to have forgotten my user name I thought it was NETGEAR38?
JA: Can you describe your network setup (devices and cables used)?
Customer: I'm set up through cable one in Rio Rancho NM 87144
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I contacted cable one because we keep loosing our WIFI connection they tested it and said I needed to optimize my Netgear and I don't know how to do this
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've added a WIFI booster in the house I've shut down everything and started over
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: We're in a brand new built house with "smart" connections
