Lets try to update the driver
Go to control panel, then click in the button show small icons.
Then select device manager and check for network devices, check the name of the devices there and tell me to give you the correct driver
When you select control manager theres a little button that allow you to see small icons and large icons.
In the top right corner of the window, after select small icons you will see device manager

It is just an exe file, you just double click it and istall it

there are a few things that might cause it.
distance from the router would be one.
there are a few routers that limit the number of connections and if you have other devices such as phones or tv's going to the router it might be waiting till one of them logs itself off.
or the router might just need to be rebooted.
