Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist.

If you got a new router and wi-fi you'll need to reset the extender and configure it to the new network.

With the extender powered on, hold down the Factory Reset button on the bottom of the extender

for 10 seconds, using a pen or similar pointed object, and release.

This will set the extender back to it's new condition and it will start broadcasting

a wireless network called NETGEAR_EXT that you will see on your wireless devices.

Using a wireless computer or tablet, connect to the NETGEAR_EXT network. It won't require a password ***** you

won't have an internet connection until the setup has completed.

Open a browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox) and if the browser doesn't automatically

display the Netgear setup page type: in the address bar and it should take you there.

The wizard will walk you through the setup process.
