Have a N600 netgear wireless router and two EX2700

have a N600 netgear wireless router and two EX2700 extenders. Everything is setup but unable to see the 5G on the enters and cannot find out why. Any thoughts ?


I'm sorry about the issue. The extender model EX2700 does not have the Wi-Fi signal band 5Ghz, so it does not see the 5G network name from your router. This extender only has the Wi-Fi signal band 2.4Ghz. Reference:

- If needed, you would need to get an extender with dual bands (which has both Wi-Fi bands 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz.)

- For example, the model WN3500RP has both 2.4Ghz and 5.0 Ghz bands:
