i inadvertently dropped my 2 wireless printers connection after securing and locking my router with a new secured network. I need help, very complicated, beyond me.
JA: What's the brand/model/Operating System (OS) of your computer?
Customer: surface pro 3
JA: When did you purchase your computer? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: purchased in no 2014,tried all trouble shooting with no solution

that may be difficult. You probably locked the router too tightly for the printer to attach.

You need to do the original printer install again

first issue is whether the printer will even see the router. One security measure is to not broadcast itself. In that case you have to either turn that setting off in the router or know the name and find a place to put it in the printers manually.
