locked out of email account, cannot enter account because email address was deleted & can't change address because it is locked out.
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: I have spent hours on the phone with many people, during 2 hrs on phone my email address my email address was deleted.
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: My iphone had a error, I went to Apple store to fix it, could not be fixed, bought new iphone, all iphone files were downloaded thru icloud. I soon discovered that I could only get incoming email and could not send mail. One technician felt that the port # of 999 should be 445. In the process technician could not get into account & finally deleted email [email protected]
After this I could no longer receive email on iphone, lap top, & kindle. Now my email is locked.

Customer: I'm frustrated!
