JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: What do you mean?
JA: What confuses you?

I am the person that will be helping you today.

Where are you at in the stage of using the extender? Do you need to configure the extender or is that already complete?

I will be standing by, looking forward to your response.

Thank you,
