I am the person that will be helping you today.

Once remoted in, I will be able to reconfigure the router and secure it. May I start a secure remote assistance session with you so that I can better help you resolve this problem? When the remote session begins, a chat window will appear that we can use to communicate with each other.

Here is how you can do it yourself.

On a computer that is connected to the router, perform the steps below:
- Click the following link --->
Leave the username blank
The default password ***** admin
(if that does let you in, use admin for the username and admin for the password)
- Click the Wireless link (your network name is ***** *****). You can change the network name here.
- Click the Wireless security link (your wireless password ***** ***** here). Choose the level of encryption you want and enter the password ***** you want & click Apply.

Using the network name and password ***** you obtained from the instructions above, reconnect to the wireless signal.

We are starting the computer - we should know whether we have internet soon

You can do that, if you are connected to the signal. You can also plug your computer into the router with a network cable for now while you do the configuration.
