Our Ipad cannot connect to the wifi. It just keeps asking us

Our Ipad cannot connect to the wifi. It just keeps asking us to type the password ***** over and over again
JA: Have you tried unplugging your router for about ten seconds? And what about other devices? Do they have connectivity?
Customer: Well I have not tried that but I did do an test on the other Ipad by turning off the wifi and tried turning it back on. It did not work.
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: There was just no connection, that was it.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just the one.
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It also happened last night on the Apple computer but I fixed the issue
