My printer cannot be contacted over the network,

Hi! My printer cannot be contacted over the network
JA: Can you describe your network setup (devices and cables used)?
Customer: Fios...happening on two computers. When I put the ip address in for SHARP I get that message
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Nothing
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Every single one I could. I even restore to previous version
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?

you can get to the network menu to put in a static IP? Can you change it to use DHCP?

In the menu is it connected to your wireless network?

No thats the whole problem when I type in the IP address it says the site cannot be reached and the security overview says page is not secure

you're typing in the IP address of the printer on your computer?

can you ping it? if you go to start menu --> search cmd --> ping ipaddress

so the IP address is wrong or the printer is not setup correctly.

Are you able to see if the printer settings has a subnet mask and gateway along with IP address?
