I lost my password ***** Wi-Fi on my MacBook. I want to be able to get the internet on my new iPad Pro. How do I change my password
JA: Just to clarify, how old is your MacBook and what operating system are you running?
Customer: It's aMac OS X. I think I got it in 2000.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I'm not sure. I download the new Flash Drive(?) ocassionally
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I found internet info. on the system preferences screen and clicked on "network" and found my network to be TG1672G12-5G, but there was no place to enter a password
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Will I be able to get a new password?
