JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: workforce wf-2630. perched approx 1.5 years ago.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: pc windows 10 professional
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Since I installed new modem on past Sunday. nothing happened

I think you require wireless printing, bu did you follow the user manual to configure the printer using the Windows 10 PC while the printer is connected via USB?
