I can not connect to the router through my extender.I believe there are two different IP adresses
JA: Have you tried "power cycling" your router -- unplugging it and letting it rest for about ten seconds?
Customer: yes
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Am not sure
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: connecting to the net work via an Ethernet cable. and going to the suggested sites but can not access them either
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?
