May I ask for the results for question #1 & #2?

It appears that your bank or credit card company is blocking the payment, for some reason. You will have to contact your bank or credit card company, let them know that the payment is okay to be processed and that they need to remove the block. Once the block is removed, you may click the "Accept this Offer" button once more to accept.

Customer: replied 12 months ago.
Please resubmit request.
Customer: replied 12 months ago.
Should I go back and redo questions 1 and 2? Don't remember the answers.
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 12 months ago.

Yes, answer questions 1 and 2, please. Also, the payment still has not gone through. Did you contact your credit card company or bank and have them unblock the payment?

Okay, I am not able to run the request again. You must contact customer service one last time and tell them to run the request themselves.
