I have a HP laptop it shows my wifi but will not accept the password ***** connect.
JA: Have you tried unplugging your router for about ten seconds? And what about other devices? Do they have connectivity?
Customer: All other devises are connected and work like they should
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I forgot my password ***** get in my laptop and and it was cleaned and a new password ***** created everything does right except I will not take my wifi password
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: All I could think of but I am not that good on a computer
