I am getting an error 093-950 on my fuji xerox printer

Hi - I am getting an error 093-950 on my fuji xerox printer cm305df. I have turned the computer off and on a few times and checked the yellow cartridge I replaced is correctly installed however the error is not clearing when i turn the printer back on. Can you help/advise? Many thanks - Philip

Customer: I have been using it for over a year and know it reasonably well.
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It told me the yellow cartridge needed replacing which I did.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Turning the printer on and off as it instructed and also have checked the yellow cartridge I installed was correctly installed.
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?

Philip, error 093-950 indicates IOT Toner (YMCK) CRUM Comm Error.

First, remove all the toner cartridges from the printer, and do not put them back in.

Turn the printer off for 2 minutes and then turn it back on. You should get a different error message.

Insert all of the toner cartridges and close the cover.
