Customer Question

I have installed some Samsung Security cameras. They are working, but to remote monitor them I need to set up UPNP on my router - I am a COMCAST business customer and it appears they don't allow that. I have the cameras IP Address (although it is dynamically obtained).
Any ideas how I can get around this UPNP requirement?

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer, I look forward to assisting you today. Feel free to disregard the Premium Service Offer. That is an automated popup initiated by the web site. I don't believe UPNP has as much to do with connecting to your system remotely as does having a static IP address. Can you provide me with the model of the camera you are using please?
