Agenda can't make a connection with (in Dutch: Agenda kan geen verbinding tot stand brengen met
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: quit some time
JA: OK. To minimize me, please click the down arrow at the top right corner of this box.
Customer: ok
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I disconnected agenda
JA: The Mac expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?

I'm sorry about the issue, Backup your data then go to Settings > iCloud, uncheck Calendars & Reminders, choose Delete from Mac at the prompt, restart your Mac, then go back and check Calendars & Reminders again
