On your TV go into the network settings. In the Manual setup section make sure DHCP is turned on.
If you already connected the TV to your wireless network, when you turn on DHCP you should
see all the boxes populate with information.
Is DHCP turned on?
Try connecting to the wireless again.
Did your router come with a label on it that tells you what the wireless passwork/network key is?
What's the model of your router and TV?
Go into your network manual settings.
Turn DHCP off then on again to see if it will become active.
