I have a R6300 WiFi router, serial # ***** it has been working fine it has power but will not light up the screen or do any thing let me know what is the best for me to do

Do none of the lights on the front of the router come on when it's plugged in (see attachment)

Alfred. Take a look on the back of the router. Just to the left of where the power cord plugs in to

the router is an On/Off button. Try pressing that and see if the lights on the front of the router come on.

Were you able to get the router powered on?

It sounds like the router is fried. If it won't power on there is nothing that can be done but replace it.

I don't have the juice to process refunds but Customer Service does.
