I have an Apple iPad that we have been using couple of years

Customer Question

I have an Apple iPad that we have been using for a couple of years and the other day it all of a sudden won't allow to log in. It's asking for either a wifi network or the Apple ID and Password. This was an anniversary gift from my work and I can't locate my paperwork for this info. Help?

My name is ***** ***** certified professional with over 10 years experience. I will be glad to assist you with this.

I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue. Try this on the iPad please>Press and hold the home button and the power button at the same time for about 30 seconds or until you see the Apple logo then release both buttons. The iPad will reboot, then try connecting to wifi>Verify Wi-Fi is enabled and that you can connect to a Wi-Fi network.

Tap Settings > Wi-Fi. If Wi-Fi is off, turn it on by tapping the on/off icon.

Available Wi-Fi networks appears under "Choose a Network..."

Locate and tap your home Wi-Fi network you want to join. Then enter the wifi password.

Let me know how it goes please...
