Customer Question

We moved recently, and are still using the same provider comcast.
Connecting directly to the cable modem, I get internet connectivity.
However, when connect to my tomato based router, the internet does not work. It did before the move. I've tried rebooting the modem and router. What do you recommend next?

Anyways, I found this for you :-

1. Go to command prompt and type :- ipconfig -all with modem connected directly to the computer.
2. Then connected the router and went to Advanced / Mac Address in tomato.
3. In WAN port select "clone PC" (which should be the same as the physical address in the ipcongif - all
