I have an SBS 2011 server. I have two mapped drives. I am experiencing issues with permissions on one of the drives. I attempted to duplicate the security settings on the drive that is not working properly, but still have problems. I know it is a security issue because an admin equivalent user has access to the drive without any problems. What am I missing

Hello there. Have you looked at the sharing permissions? (different from NTFS permissions)

You basically need to make sure "Everyone" is added to the sharing permissions. If you'd like, I can login to your computer and resolve it for you. I am very fluent with Windows server based permission issues.
