Open Internet Explorer and click on the gear in the top right corner then click on Internet Options.
Click on ‘Advanced’ tab, click on ‘Reset’ button at the bottom to Reset Internet Explorer Settings.
This will run through a process and ask you to reboot. See it this helps.
