Hi there,

Is your BluRay player new, or did it connect ok for you previously?

Have you tried connecting to a different wireless network?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I don't have a different wireless network to connect to

Ok, to eliminate any possible problems with your own wireless network, could you try temporarily turning off the wireless security, then try connecting again and let me know if it works ok?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
how do I do that?
Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.

It depends on what type of wireless router you have - what is the make and model number of it?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
My router is netgear and I just logged into the website and took off the security measure and it still did not connect.
