I am trying to connect a 3rd computer on my home network to be able to share files to publics folders; it ask me for a password ***** I try to access it from my admin computer, and when I try to connect to network it fizzle in trying to connect when I enter password ***** network.How to proceed ?Thank you.

Okay thank you. You will need to set folder permissions on the folder you are trying to access from the other computer. Have you done that?
