I have a NetGear 341U accessed via Sprint wireless broadband

I have a NetGear 341U accessed via Sprint wireless broadband and Windows 10 on my Dell PC. When upgrading Windows a few nights ago Microsoft apparently lost my NetGear connection. My e-mail account and other accounts on the connection are accessed by Google Chrome. I have tried for hours over 3 days now access the Internet as I was doing before and have been successfully since using he Sprint-NetGear-Google Chrome access. Any ideas what I need to do? I have not tried to call any support services yet, hoping there was a quick fix, that is not possible apparently online with the Microsoft-Windows trouble shooting access. Thanks. ***** at home has***@******.*** access, but I am sending this through my office PC below.

I responded positively to your questions, but the received a message saying my date -- credit card, etc. I guess could not be used. I sent the correct information. I can't spend more time on this matter now. I'll probably try to get help with a Geek squad at Best Buy his weekend.Thanks,
