Hi Karen. I'm not sure how to enter lower case letters on your remote but I do know how to change yourwireless password. Would you like to do that?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No, I have changed my password, I need to enter it and I can't figure out how to do that on the board, it only shows capital letters. At the very top it shows it can be changed but I can't seem to get to it.
Expert:  Byron replied 1 year ago.
You mean being able to type lower case letters on your tv remote?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I'm afraid this is a bate and switch
Expert:  Byron replied 1 year ago.
No. Disregard any pop ups for additional services.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Can you help me for the $28 or not, it said it was guaranteed
Expert:  Byron replied 1 year ago.
Tell me if I've got this right, you're trying to enter your wireless password ***** your TV but the password ***** lower case letters in itand you can't get the TV to make the switch to lower case?I'm suggesting changing your wireless password ***** capital letters so you won't have to fight with the TV
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ok but then I can't see to get off that screen once the password ***** ***** are you familiar with this?
Expert:  Byron replied 1 year ago.
No. I handle networking issues.
Expert:  Byron replied 1 year ago.
I can connect to your PC and then connect to the router configuration pages and change the wireless passwordto something you want. Then it can be entered into your TV.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I see then may I have my money back?
Expert:  Byron replied 1 year ago.
Certainly. The fastest way to do that is to call customer service: 1.***-***-****

Actually press the green button on the remote to see if it changes from caps to small letters.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I'm trying to attach it
Expert:  Mike the Mac Medic replied 1 year ago.
OK did you try the green button on the remote?
Expert:  Mike the Mac Medic replied 1 year ago.
Or use the arrow keys to go to the top of the screen and select the small "a" next to the Capital blue "A"
Expert:  Mike the Mac Medic replied 1 year ago.
You go to the number to select numbers and the symbol to use symbols
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Good job that worked! What do I do once it is entered?
Expert:  Mike the Mac Medic replied 1 year ago.
Hit Ok or Enter on the remote
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It says the encryption is wring
Expert:  Mike the Mac Medic replied 1 year ago.
OK are you sure the password ***** *****? Make sure you choose WPA or WPA 2 before you get to that screen
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It says WPA-2-PSK
Expert:  Mike the Mac Medic replied 1 year ago.
OK if that is what you are using it should work, that is what most people use. I would check the password
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
One more thing, I don't have an enter button, I have a return, exit or guide and menu
Expert:  Mike the Mac Medic replied 1 year ago.
I am just going by the screen you sent it says OK is Enter
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The OK just keeps enter the numbers in the screen
Expert:  Mike the Mac Medic replied 1 year ago.
It is usually the center button with the arrow keys around it
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Yes but that keeps entering the letters, I pushed the return and that seemed to work a couple times. I'm now rebooting the TV. I double checked the pass word and it is right. I will try again. I pushed return and it made me renter the password ***** yikes.
Expert:  Mike the Mac Medic replied 1 year ago.

Expert:  Mike the Mac Medic replied 1 year ago.
Did you get the correct password?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Yes I have the right password ***** I have to call Comcast to get the correct encryption , did you by any chance figure out how I enter my password ***** I don't have an enter or a "done" button . No rush I'm not home so I won't be able to do it until later. Thanks
Expert:  Mike the Mac Medic replied 1 year ago.
The screen you sent says "OK" is "Enter" and that is the center key that says OK as I said. In the middle of the arrow keys see picture:
