Hello! Can you provide me with some additional information about the issue you're experiencing. Can you confirm the camera is still plugged in and connected to the internet? Is the app not opening? Or are just cameras not being displayed?

Hi!!! Yes, in fact the app is working but connected through the local tab, the remote tab indicates the camera name but has a red X next to it
