I'm sorry about the issue. Are you trying to use your phone's hotspot?

Do you have a laptop / wireless computer that is currently connected via wireless? If so, does it have Windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, 10, or Mac?

On the phone, can you please open the Settings app icon, then go to Connections section, then open the item Hotspot (or Tethering and Mobile Hotspot, etc.), then there, you'll see your wi-fi / network password (it is case-sensitive.
