Hello Gail,

As I understand, you have forgotten your admin password ***** Windows Vista, correct?

If that is so, then you'll need access to another working system as this process involves creating a bootable CD. Do you have access to another system ?

I do have access but I'll have to see about the cd. Would usb drive work.
