My netgear wireless router got locked and I want to unlock it

The router has a lock on the display and I want it removed when I push the button on the side it flashes for about 30 secs and the locks back

What do you need to unlock it for?

Are you looking for your wi-fi / wireless password?

its locked when I connect to it everything says its locked or the nat is strict

Was it working fine previously?

Please disconnect power cord from netgear router for a few minutes, then re-connect

, then wait a bit, and see if you can connect.
