I can't get my laptop to connect to server. I have rebooted

Customer Question

I can't get my laptop to connect to server. I have rebooted the server several times and had Comcast run a diagnostic on it. It has hooked up before (day b/f yesterday) I have checked wifi in "settings" they are correct. A popup trouble shooting box implied that there is a hard switch for wifi on the computer (?). I can't find it. location is not the problem as the computer I am using is in the same place.
