Hi there, you need either a device like a roku or chrome-cast, or a smart TV that has a Netflix app in order to steam to a TV. I HIGHLY recommend Chromecase, its very cheap, streams netflix, youtube while using a phone or PC as the remote. It will also stream ANY content off of a computer, including any streaming video or downloaded content. It's about 35.00
