Hello, I am Michigan_Ben and it sounds like you have lost connection to your printer. What is the make and model of the printer you are trying to print to, and how are you trying to print? Wirelessly/USB/Network connection?

Purchase new printer last November on vacation at Florida home, just return to Florida the printer was longer on my list. Samsung Express M2020W.
