Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Do you need to change, or do you just need your current Wi-Fi/wireless password?

What is the model of your Internet/wireless modem/router device?

Do you have a laptop/wireless computer that is currently able to connected via wireless? If so, does it have Windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, or Mac?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

Can you please check at the back/bottom of the internet modem/router device for the model of it? Usually, the internet modem/router device was given to you from your internet service provider previously.

Is the internet currently working on the windows 10 computer or not?

Is your windows 10 a laptop or desktop?

Is your windows 10 computer currently connected to the internet modem/router device with a cable? Or is the connection wireless?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.
