I'm sorry about the issue. Is there any error or message?

What's the model of your Internet box?

What's the model of your router?

What happens when you go through the setup of the router?

What's the model of the device you are trying to set up the Wi-Fi connection for?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

If you connect both the (Internet box) modem to the Internet (WAN) port of the router with an Ethernet/network cable, and connect the computer to a LAN/Ethernet port on the router with another Ethernet/network cable, and make sure power is connected, then does internet work that way on the computer first?

When you are available, please reply at the box below to continue troubleshooting. Thank you.
