I'm sorry about the issue. What happens when you connect to the device to your regular network name (not the guest name)?

What is the model of your Internet/wireless modem/router device?

Do you have a laptop/wireless computer that is currently able to connected via wireless? If so, does it have Windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, or Mac?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

Thank you. I do live online support; I can provide instructions here. Or I can connect remotely to your computer and retrieve your Belkin router's password ***** through your computer together with you.

- Please click on the website below:

, then click on the Wireless / Security / Guest option

; when prompted, leave the password ***** black (don't type anything for password), then login / submit

, then you will see your password/key/passphrase there (it is case-sensitive.)

; if needed, uncheck the box "Obscure..." first

Please reply at the box below to continue troubleshooting. Thank you.
